中国邮政邮票博物馆•生肖邮票分馆、苏州生肖邮票博物馆位于江苏省苏州市山塘历史文化保护街区明代吏部尚书吴一鹏故居玉涵堂西一路，建筑面积660平方米，其中展厅面积550平方米，馆内藏有1950年以来世界五大洲100多个国家和地区发行的全部生肖邮票和部分生肖邮品，是收藏、展示和利用生肖邮票、研究传播生肖文化和生肖集邮的专门博物馆。 本馆是世界上第一座生肖邮票专题博物馆，中国邮政邮票博物馆首家专门性分馆，以中华全国集邮联合会会士周治华先生捐赠的生肖邮品为基础，列入苏州市文化发展“十二五”规划“博物馆城”建设，由苏州市姑苏区人民政府主办，苏州市文化广电新闻出版局行业主管，苏州邮政局业务指导，于2013年5月18日（国际博物馆日）开馆。

Suzhou Shengxiao Stamp Museum of China is the first and only museum featuring Shengxiao stamps in the world. It was founded on May 18th 2013 (International Museum Day) and opened to the public on the same day. Suzhou Shengxiao Stamp Museum of China is dedicated to the collection presentation research and usage of Shengxiao stamps (stamps with the animal of the year) in purpose of promoting Chinese Shengxiao culture and Shengxiao stamp collection. Chinese Shengxiao culture is of long history and well established. Now it has won popularity all over the word .The colorful stamps can bring so much fun to the collectors.With classical architecture and over ten thousand precious stamps the museum showcases the understanding and presentation of the culture of Shengxiao of different nations around the world.
